What We Guarantee

When you purchase barcodes from us:

1. You will receive globally unique UPC or EAN barcode numbers.
2. You will be the sole legal owner of your barcode numbers. No other person or company will be able to legally use your barcode on their product without your permission.
3. You will own your barcode numbers for life. Your barcodes will be a one-off cost, you will not be charged joining fees or annual membership fees.
4. Your barcode numbers will be legal for use worldwide.
5. Your barcode numbers will be GS1 origin codes. This means that they will have come from a prefix obtained from the UCC (now called GS1-US) prior to the 2002 UCC Class Action Lawsuit. Because of this you can be the legal owner of the barcode numbers for a one-off price without needing to pay annual fees to GS1.
6. Your barcode images will be high quality files supplied in several different file formats.
7. Any information we give you before, during, or after your order is true to the best of our knowledge at the time.

We do not guarantee that your barcode numbers will be accepted by any particular retailer (either online retailer or physical retail store). Different retailers can have their own barcode requirements. Please check with your retailer before purchasing from us to make sure that our barcodes are accepted by them (we do not offer refunds if a particular retailer chooses not to accept our barcodes).
